About the Role:

Are you a people person with a knack for organization? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager who’s ready to dive into the heart of our team and make a real impact! Reporting to our Vice President of People, this role offers the office management duties, with a splash of event planning to keep things exciting. You’ll also be exposed to HR, from onboarding our newest team members to organizing memorable company events that bring our values—aligned, driven, focused, caring, and innovative—to life.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Office Management Duties:

  • Keep the Office Buzzing: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, from organizing supplies to coordinating repairs, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Event Planning Extraordinaire: Plan and execute fun and engaging company events—think team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and holiday parties that everyone will remember.
  • Vendor and Facilities Management: Work with vendors to keep our office in top shape and manage everything from coffee to cleaning services.

What You Bring:

  • A passion for people and an eye for detail! You love creating positive employee experiences and building systems and processes that support doing great work; you are tech savvy and love to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Office Management experience 
  • A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Experience in event planning and a talent for creating fun and engaging office experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. If Excel is your go-to tool for work and you look forward to creating PowerPoint presentations that “wow”, then this is the job for you!
